What is a trunk show?
A trunk show is a showcase of the newest bridal gowns from a specific designer. These are current gowns that are typically not in the store. It’s a wonderful chance to view many styles from a particular designer.
Do you need an appointment?
Yes! In order to try these styles on, you will need a skilled consultant working with you. She will be able to answer any questions you have, help you in and out of each style, and be there to discuss color options and ordering information.
What sizes are available?
Essense of Australia will be sending us a variety of sizes to try on and give you the best experience imaginable. Every Body, Every Bride is a campaign that Essense of Australia is extremely passionate about—and they want every bride to feel her very best!
What do you need to bring?
You may bring your own bras or shoes when trying on dresses, but we also have strapless bras, jewelry, a small selection of shoes, etc. Trunk shows tend to get a little hectic, so we kindly ask that you don’t bring a large group with you to shop, as it can become a little overwhelming.
How long does it take for the trunk show dresses to come in once I order?
The dresses will typically take 4-6 months to arrive. Don’t forget about alterations, which generally take 2-3 months.
